Sales Performance Specialist

Sales Model
We operate under a 1:5 operating model, where your manager has a maximum of 5 direct reports, providing dedicated coaching and support. Your success is in your hands, and our goal is to help you grow as a sales professional.
Job Description
You will be responsible for owning your pipeline and closing deals. This involves generating a self-sustaining pipeline through outbound efforts in collaboration with SDRs, while also working with existing users of Mentimeter to identify opportunities for growth. You will lead sales conversations that uncover needs and drive deals forward, managing a pipeline of 20-30 active opportunities while maintaining 3x quota coverage. Additionally, you will work with SDRs to target high-potential accounts and sell on value, not just usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Own your pipeline and close deals by generating a self-sustaining pipeline through outbound efforts in collaboration with SDRs.
- Work with existing users of Mentimeter to identify opportunities for growth and lead sales conversations that uncover needs and drive deals forward.
