Program Overview

The program is designed to develop the skills and knowledge of future leaders in the polymer and chemical industry. Participants will have the opportunity to manage key business projects, work on a variety of tasks, and gain a deep understanding of the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key business projects and deliver results under the supervision of a manager
  • Work on a variety of tasks, including project management, team collaboration, and communication
  • Gain a deep understanding of the company's operations and develop skills in areas such as leadership, communication, and project management

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science, or Materials Science
  • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience, including internship or student assignments
  • Desire to learn and make a difference in the polymer and chemical industry
  • Excellent project management skills, preferably with experience working on a project in industry
  • Good spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Languages: English fluent, additional European languages an asset
  • EU Category B Driving License
