About the Program

We are seeking ambitious graduates to join our 2024 EMEA Leadership Development Program at Avient Corporation. This program offers a unique opportunity to manage key business projects and gain a wide breadth of exposure and experience across different countries and functions within Europe.

Program Overview

The program is spread over 3 rotations in 3 of the following areas:

  • Operations
  • Research and Development
  • Commercial/Sustainability/Marketing

During each rotation, you will deliver a key business project under the supervision of your manager. You will also have the opportunity to learn the day-to-day activities within the function and gain an understanding of how the function operates within Avient.

What We're Looking For

We want to consider you if you have the following:

  • Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science or Materials Science.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience including internship or student assignments.
  • Desire to learn and make a difference within the Polymer/Chemical Industry.
  • Excellent project management skills, preferably with experience working on a project in industry.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Good active listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • MS Office.
  • Languages: English fluent, additional European languages an asset.
  • EU Category B Driving License.
