Leadership Development Program Associate

Avient Corporation is a leading provider of specialized and sustainable material solutions. We are seeking a talented individual to join our EMEA Leadership Development Program, a 3-year program designed to develop the next generation of leaders in the chemical industry.
About the Program
The program is spread over 3 rotations in 3 of the following areas: Operations, Research and Development, and Commercial/Sustainability/Marketing. During each rotation, you will deliver a key business project under the supervision of your manager. You will also have the opportunity to learn the day-to-day activities within the function and gain an understanding of how the function operates within Avient.
What We're Looking For
We want to consider you if you have the following:
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science or Materials Science.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience including internship or student assignments.
- Desire to learn and make a difference within the Polymer/Chemical Industry.
- Excellent project management skills, preferably with experience working on a project in industry.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Good active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- MS Office.
- Languages: English fluent, additional European languages an asset.
- EU Category B Driving License.
