About the Role:- We are seeking an experienced Associate Corporate Counsel to provide expert legal advice and support to our various divisions.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to determine the best course of action for our company.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with key stakeholders.
- Foster effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of legal strategies.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
