Job Title: IT Service Manager for Applications

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Manager for Applications to join our dynamic team at PostNord Danmark. As a key member of our Workplace department, you will be responsible for managing our application portfolio and ensuring seamless delivery of services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the lifecycle of our application portfolio, including updates, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Collaborate with application owners to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on application management and packaging services.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager for User Experience to ensure IT knowledge and end-user instructions are up-to-date.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and follow-ups according to internal standards and expectations.
  • Collaborate with other Service and Platform Managers within the Workplace unit to drive continuous improvements.
Requirements:
  • At least three years of experience in managing software applications and services in a large and complex environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of application packaging, automation, and methodologies.
  • General subject matter expertise in Application Management.
  • Basic understanding of ITIL framework.

We are looking for a candidate who is thorough, analytical, and easy to work with. You should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to handle stressful situations and prioritize tasks independently. Previous experience with Service Management Tooling, MS 365 Office applications, Power BI, and other business planning tools is a plus.
