About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Manager for Applications to join our dynamic team at PostNord Group. As a key member of our Workplace department, you will be responsible for managing the application portfolio and its lifecycle, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the application portfolio, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with the application owner community to ensure updates are made to the portfolio and communicate changes to stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on application management and packaging services.
  • Manage the lifecycle of Workplace common core applications, including collaboration with stakeholders and communication.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager for User Experience to ensure IT knowledge and end-user instructions are up to date.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and follow-up reports according to internal standards and expectations.
  • Collaborate with other Service and Platform Managers within the Workplace unit.
  • Stay up to date on IT market trends and innovation.
Requirements
  • At least three years of experience in managing software applications and services, preferably in a large and complex environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of application domain, technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
  • General Subject Matter expert of the Application Management area.
  • Basic understanding of ITIL framework.
