Job Description

Job Title: IT Service Owner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Owner to join our team at Coromatic. As an IT Service Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our IT services are operational, efficient, and continuously improved. This includes ensuring that our IT infrastructure is secure, reliable, and aligned with our IT strategy and architecture principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that our IT services are operational and meet the required service levels.
  • Develop and implement IT service management processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT service improvements.
  • Manage IT service requests and incidents, and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with IT vendors and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Relevant education and experience in IT service management.
  • Strong technical and business skills, with experience in IT service management and delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
