About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Management Platforms Manager to join our team at Sinch. As a key member of our Service Management function, you will be responsible for building and leading a new capacity within the company, establishing a common service management process framework, and implementing a suitable platform to streamline our global footprint and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a service management process framework to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Lead the selection and implementation of a Service Management platform on a global level, ensuring alignment with ITIL or IT4IT frameworks.
  • Drive supplier management and contract negotiations to maximize contract value and improve service delivery.
  • Act as a Product Owner for our Service Management platform, defining and driving the product portfolio forward to maximize contract value and drive platform adoption.
  • Develop and apply ITIL process framework to ensure excellent IT service delivery within the operational scope.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships and improve service delivery.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop your team, promoting high engagement, listening, and clarity in performance objectives.
Requirements
  • Solid knowledge and experience with ITIL or IT4IT frameworks.
  • Experience in selecting and implementing Service Management platforms on a global level.
  • Proven success in supplier management and contract negotiations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset, both within and outside your team.
  • Self-driven leadership qualities, with a talent for relationship building, fostering engagement, and setting clear performance objectives.
