Nordic Vendor Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Nordic Vendor Development Manager to join our customer service team in Sweden. As a Nordic Vendor Development Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with the vendor, aligning internal teams, and implementing harmonized operational models at the Nordic level.
You will act as the main point of contact for operational matters between Fortum Customer Service, Sweden, and the vendor, maintaining regular communication, and leading meetings to assess performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), providing feedback to the vendor, and managing associated costs.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of work experience in call center operations management with deep knowledge of call center tools and technology.
- A proven track record of developing performance metrics and implementing data-based process improvement action plans driving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with both team members and stakeholders.
- Leadership skills and experience, including the ability to motivate and coach team members, influence others, and work with all levels of management and professional staff.
