Job Description

We are looking for a skilled License Operation Specialist to join our team in the Nordics region. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the IT spectrum and possess close contact with clients and partners. At TD SYNNEX, we value teamwork and are keen to teach the necessary skills for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  1. Place orders and make quotes to partners regarding various vendors like VMware, Veeam, Red Hat, Google, Adobe, and Microsoft.
  2. Handle incoming order flows at the company.
  3. Answer phone calls from partners.
  4. Licence management; handle anniversary processes and renewals for license agreements.
  5. Complete other administrative tasks, including changing and monitoring order flow.

Requirements

  • A self-motivated individual with a positive mindset for solving different problems.
  • Experience working with administration, accurate working method, and strong sense of service.
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office package.
  • Fluent spoken and written skills in English and local language: Finnish, Swedish, or Danish.
