We are seeking a skilled Sales and Application Expert to join our team in the Nordic region. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will play a vital role in understanding customer technical needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage inquiries and identify new business opportunities across the Nordics.
- Prepare quotes and technical specifications.
- Conduct product demonstrations and respond to technical questions.
- Manage your own projects where you prepare quotations, technical documentation, and proposals and supply them to the customer.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites and exhibitions/seminars.
You will also be responsible for performing test and evaluation measurements at our facilities and being the first line of technical support for customer questions. In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to further developing our application lab with new equipment and test procedures.
Requirements:- Technical education in electronics, mechanics, mechatronics, or automation.
- Experience in technical sales, application engineering, or support, preferably in sensors.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Proactive, self-driven, and fluent in Swedish and English (other Nordic languages are a plus).
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work as an individual and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the Nordic region.
