Commercial Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping our business strategy, driving growth, and optimizing operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, or strategy, with a proven track record of negotiation, partnership management, and financial analysis. You will be fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent analytical skills and experience using data to make strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Manage relationships with bus partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth cooperation.
- Monitor and optimize route performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency without compromising quality or service.
You will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, proactively identifying opportunities to increase revenue and drive profitability. You will also be highly motivated to push boundaries and achieve continuous growth.
