Swedish-Speaking Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swedish-Speaking Customer Success Manager to join our team at Flowbox. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving product adoption, demonstrating value, and empowering our clients to achieve their marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure clients are seeing value from their engagement with Flowbox.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product features and functionality, providing training and support to clients as needed.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with a strong understanding of business concepts and terminology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
