We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Trainer to join our Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) Learning team at Microsoft. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering technical training to our IT technicians, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to support our cloud services.
Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs that align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our IT technicians.
- Design and implement training materials, including presentations, discussions, labs, and simulations, to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay up-to-date on the latest features, technologies, and processes, and incorporate this knowledge into our training programs.
- Monitor the progress of learners and provide feedback to ensure they are meeting the required standards.
- Embody our values of respect, integrity, and accountability, and promote a culture of inclusion and diversity within our team.
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in training, education, IT, cloud systems, datacenter environments, server environments, or computer technologies.
- Ability to meet Microsoft's security screening requirements, including a Microsoft Cloud background check.
- Preferred qualifications include a minimum of 3 years' experience in datacenter and IT operations, exceptional written and interpersonal skills, and current industry framework certification (ITIL, Prince, Lean Six Sigma) or technical certification (CCNA, MCSE, NET+).
