IT Technical Trainer

About the Role:

In this critical position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to our IT teams in the cloud operations department. Your knowledge of cloud systems, datacenter environments, and server environments will enable you to create engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of our technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Develop and deliver training programs that align with our cloud operations goals and objectives.
  
• Work closely with subject matter experts to create and maintain accurate and up-to-date training materials.
  
• Provide hands-on training and coaching to IT teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that training programs are aligned with our overall business objectives.
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, education, or IT operations.
  
• Strong knowledge of cloud systems, datacenter environments, and server environments.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
