The role involves implementing and onboard new customers, helping them use Teamtailor at its full potential, and working as a strategic advisor & goal-oriented for our customers.

Key responsibilities also include tracking customers' accounts to identify churn risk, collecting and analyzing customers' feedback, and developing ways of working with customer satisfaction.

Requirements include experience in SaaS, HR or Recruiting, Customer Success Experience, project leading, especially complex projects, and strong communication, listening, collaboration, adaptability, empathy, and negotiation skills.
