Enterprise Account Growth Specialist

The Enterprise Account Growth Specialist is responsible for driving business growth by expanding sales opportunities with key clients in the Nordic region. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver multi-solution sales and leveraging Workiva's core platform to meet customer needs.
To succeed, candidates must be skilled at building relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and developing a deep understanding of customer challenges. They will utilize this knowledge to deliver compelling demonstrations of the Workiva platform and address client objections effectively.
This role requires strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to communicate complex ideas at a senior level. Successful candidates will prioritize selling activities, manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously, and maintain a strong understanding of Workiva products through ongoing training.
Key responsibilities include:
- Actively seeking out sales opportunities in collaboration with peer Sales teams, Inside Sales, and Partnerships
- Utilizing information gathered during the needs analysis phase to deliver a compelling demonstration of the Workiva platform
- Skillfully addressing customer objections and finding solutions to various client challenges
