Your Key Responsibilities- Negotiate and agree contracts on a timely basis to meet the needs of both parties.
- Develop new business opportunities from initiation through contract negotiation to implementation.
- Provide commercial guidance to stakeholders on best practice in order to contribute to long-term growth and profitability.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. Your expertise in contract negotiation and commercial best practice will be key to driving business growth.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Negotiating contracts with key stakeholders.
- Advising on contractual obligations and providing commercial guidance.
- Supporting the development of new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
About You
- You have at least five years of experience in a commercial role with a focus on sales and contract negotiation.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- You are self-motivated and experienced in working with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
- You have strong analytical skills and can anticipate business needs.
