Job Description
As a Key Account Manager at Santen Pharmaceutical Co., you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the market. You will develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our presence in the market. This includes:
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our presence in the market.
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders including pediatric ophthalmologists, opticians, and clinic personnel to position Santen as a preferred partner.
  • Strengthen customer relationships at regional and national levels, working closely with Country Manager and Key Account Managers to drive satisfaction and collaboration opportunities.
  • Support Key Account Managers in executing customer collaboration initiatives on both national and sub-regional levels.

Requirements
For this role, you will need to have a proven track record of success in account management or sales within healthcare-related industries. You will also need to possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to engage and manage relationships with various healthcare professionals, and fluency in both English and Swedish. Additionally, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
