About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Kosan Gas Sverige AB. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics and maintenance of our infrastructure in the Nordics region.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Logistics Coordination: Optimize deliveries through proactive planning, identifying problems, assessing costs, and seeking the best possible solutions.
  2. Technical Responsibility: Ensure the technical integrity of our internal infrastructure, including tank storage facilities, LPG transfer facilities, and rail terminals.
  3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all distribution activities meet required standards and regulatory requirements at all times.
  4. Maintenance Planning: Plan and coordinate maintenance inspections on LPG infrastructure and follow up on subcontractor activities.
  5. Operational Safety: Maintain and improve operational safety by following transport regulations and the Kosan Gas Nordic HSE policy.
  6. Reporting and Permitting: Ensure proper reporting of non-conformances and near misses, and issue permits to work on infrastructure installations.
  7. Change Management: Collaborate with the Logistics team and HSSEQ Manager to manage changes and modifications to infrastructure facilities.

Requirements
  1. Strong Analytical Skills: Proven experience in planning-related jobs and strong analytical skills.
  2. Critical Thinking: Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions.
  4. Technical Knowledge: Significant technical knowledge and interest.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal and relationship skills, with a focus on customer relationships.
  6. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
