Job Description

Västra Götalandsregionen is seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team in Göteborg. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our HR team in various administrative tasks, including recruitment, training, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Administer and develop training programs, including creating training materials and coordinating logistics
  • Provide HR support to employees, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including diversity and inclusion programs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files and HR databases
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment, or training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
