Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to manage our OTC product portfolio in the pharmacy channel for the Barcelona/Girona area. The ideal candidate will be located in either Barcelona or Girona.

The main responsibility will be to manage customer accounts to ensure successful execution and compliance with contractual agreements, as well as identifying and pursuing additional sales and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategy to manage and grow assigned customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory through cross-selling and additional sales of products and solutions.
  • Effectively communicate and sell the value of Essity's products and services to various customer groups through effective product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers through meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close agreements in a mutually beneficial manner for both the customer and Essity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to generate customer retention and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer integrated solutions to customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a pharmacy sales representative.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish strong professional relationships.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and create strategies and follow-ups based on data.
  • Results-oriented.
  • University degree, preferably in the field of health.
