Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process and System Administration Expert to join our Learning and Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the delivery of trainings, handling performance system tasks, and supporting stakeholders with reports and learning statistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate the delivery of trainings, including pre- and post-course coordination.
  • Handle performance system tasks on a global level, ensuring seamless execution and data accuracy.
  • Compile and share survey results from trainings with suppliers and Learning Specialists, driving continuous improvement.
  • Support with administrative tasks, including course catalogues, invoicing, and report generation.
  • Provide exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, ensuring timely and effective support to customers and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Experience working with talent systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors and ticket systems (SNOW).
  • Proven track record in training administration, including room bookings, certificate handling, and participant management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a complex organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal, with additional language skills a plus.
