As a key member of the Wind and Solar IT&PMO team at Fortum, you will play a vital role in driving the development of core business processes, ways of working, and digital tools. Your primary responsibility will be to continuously improve and implement industry-leading digital tools, core business processes, and ways of working to create organizational efficiency and competitive advantage for the business.
Main Responsibilities- Business Process Development: Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and improve core business processes, ways of working, and digital tools.
- Tool Evaluation and Adoption: Identify, evaluate, and adopt new methods and tools for business process modeling and development.
- Portfolio, Project, and Document Management: Manage and develop portfolio, project, and document management tools and ways of using the tools based on end-user needs/requirements or new digital technologies as enablers.
- Strategy Implementation and Reporting: Support the Strategy team in selected areas, including strategy implementation follow-up reporting, competitive analysis, and coordination of participation in associations and fairs.

You should be able to work in a systematic and structured way, while maintaining attention to detail. Additionally, you should be proactive in seeking areas to improve and be able to find solutions to realize improvement potential.
About Your Skills and Experience- Project Management Experience: Experience in project management, business process management, continuous development, or business strategy.
- Education: University degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, renewable energy, or similar.
- Commercial and Technical Understanding: Good commercial and technical understanding.
- Change Management Skills: Good change management skills.
- Office Tools: Good knowledge within Office Tools, such as Excel and Visio.
- Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language skills, especially Finnish or Swedish, are highly valued.
