About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Commerce Performance Specialist to join our team at Steamery. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website and Marketplace Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of website and marketplace performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and user behavior. Identify trends and areas for improvement to optimize the customer experience.
  • Data-Driven Recommendations: Develop actionable insights and suggestions for website and marketplace optimization, such as enhancing user experience, improving site navigation, and increasing conversion rates.
  • Marketing Performance Analysis: Evaluate the performance of ecommerce and marketplace marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid search. Identify opportunities for optimization and collaborate with the marketing team to implement improvements.
  • Liaison with Paid Ads Agency: Serve as the primary point of contact with our external paid ads agency, ensuring alignment on goals, tracking performance metrics, and communicating necessary adjustments to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and understand the positioning of competitors. Provide insights to inform our ecommerce strategies.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track ecommerce and marketplace KPIs, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management regularly.
  • Budgeting and Campaign Planning: Assist in budgeting and campaign planning processes to ensure effective resource allocation and optimal campaign outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Ecommerce Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Looker Studio, SEO platforms, and other data analysis platforms.
  • Experience working with digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
