Job Title: Marketplace Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketplace Manager to lead our online sales strategy and drive growth in our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketplace strategy to increase sales and revenue
  • Oversee the performance of our products across all online marketplaces and platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform our sales strategy
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of our marketplace strategy
  • Manage budgets and set KPIs to measure performance
  • Forecast and track sales trends and profits for the channel
  • Monitor and analyze marketplace scorecards to identify trends and sales opportunities
  • Provide regular reports on marketplace performance to the organization
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital sales within marketplace and platform sales
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue increase
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to see the big picture and play the short & long game at the same time
  • Experience in the apparel & footwear industry with focus on sports & lifestyle
