About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Consultant to join our team at Amazon Corporate Services Sweden AB. As a key member of our Selling Partner 360 Team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals and drive growth on the Amazon platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 10-12 Selling Partners, developing individual strategies and managing timelines, expectations, and communications.
  • Run business analyses, producing profound business recommendations and actionable insights using a wide set of analytical tools to interpret customer data.
  • Consult with Selling Partners on opportunities derived and potential business impact, leveraging Amazon's solutions to drive their objectives.
  • Support execution and operational troubleshooting, guiding Selling Partners through the execution of strategic plans and helping them overcome operational and subject-specific challenges.
  • Build relationships with Selling Partners, gaining their trust through close collaboration and delivering results.
  • Coach Selling Partners on Amazon's solutions and news, enhancing their knowledge about selling on Amazon.
  • Recruit and engage with prospective Selling Partners for AMPS, identifying, qualifying, and understanding their needs.
  • Prepare and present performance deep dives, facilitating monthly discussions around business progress, current challenges, and strategic plans with Selling Partners.
  • Become an expert in a specific subject within our service organization, supporting peers and inventing processes/tools to benefit internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop specific local requirements to ensure standardized processes are adapted to the needs of Selling Partners in this country.
What You'll Need
  • Preferably, work experience in top-tier level consulting, key account management, advertising sales, B2B, digital retail/e-commerce, business development, digital marketing, brand management, supply chain management, or similar.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a similar program from a top-tier university.
  • Strong analytical skills, allowing the interpretation of complex data sets using Microsoft Excel.
  • Well-founded knowledge in strategy development and execution.
  • Proven ability to successfully attract, manage, and interact with clients independently, particularly at the executive level.
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior presentation skills to inform and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent English and Swedish communication skills.
