We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Consultant to join our team at Amazon Corporate Services Sweden AB. As a key member of our Selling Partner 360 Team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients to achieve their business goals on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of 10-12 Selling Partners, developing individual strategies and managing timelines, expectations, and communications.
- Run business analyses, producing profound business recommendations and actionable insights using a wide set of analytical tools to interpret customer data.
- Consult with Selling Partners on opportunities derived and potential business impact, leveraging Amazon's solutions to drive their objectives.
- Support the execution of strategic plans, answer ad-hoc questions, and help overcome operational and subject-specific challenges.
- Build relationships with Selling Partners, gaining their trust through close collaboration and delivering results.
- Coach Selling Partners on Amazon's solutions and news, enhancing their knowledge of selling on Amazon.
- Recruit and engage with prospective Selling Partners for our service, identifying, qualifying, and matching their needs with our solutions.
- Prepare and present performance deep dives to facilitate monthly discussions around business progress, current challenges, and strategic plans.
- Become an expert in a specific subject within our service organization, supporting peers, inventing processes, and tools to benefit internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop local requirements to ensure standardized processes are adapted to the needs of Selling Partners in this country.

- "Full customer responsibility for a portfolio and project leadership to develop the program and your career."
- Preferably, work experience in top-tier level consulting, key account management, advertising sales, B2B, digital retail / ecommerce, Business Development, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Supply Chain Management or similar.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a similar program from a top-tier university.
- Strong analytical skills allowing the interpretation of complex data sets using Microsoft Excel.
- Well-founded knowledge in strategy development and execution.
- Proven ability to successfully attract, manage and interact with clients independently, particularly at the executive level.
- Ability to multi-task and to adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior presentation skills to inform and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent English and Swedish communication skills.
- Account Management and paid services experience is preferred.
