Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team as a Business Development Specialist at SD Worx. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to prospecting, as well as strong sales and negotiation skills. You will be working closely with our International and Nordic Sales teams to align sales cases and provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive new business strategy to generate leads and close deals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and pain points and present our solutions as tailored to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing in line with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the International and Nordic Sales teams to align sales cases.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
