Job Description

This role will be responsible for delivering customized solutions to external customers, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded throughout the delivery project and in operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IoT, telecommunications, or IT, with a focus on customer success and relationship-building.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business goals.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to design and deliver comprehensive solutions that drive business value.
  • Manage and execute customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and revenue streams.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of IoT technologies and trends.
  • Relevant experience in IoT/Telecom/IT areas, with a focus on customer success.
  • Experience working with cloud solutions and SaaS.
  • Basic understanding of Telco operations and business.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • University degree or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent education.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (and Swedish).
