We're looking for a talented and driven Business Analyst to join our team at Garpenberg. As a key member of our dynamic IT Team, you'll be responsible for translating business challenges into practical and effective technical solutions.
You'll partner with Boliden Group and external experts to stay ahead of industry developments, sharing and implementing best practices to continuously improve the operation.
Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, with relevant experience and expertise in SQL databases, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Develop innovative solutions to improve business processes and drive data usage.
- Manage and support the implementation of group-wide systems, ensuring data is managed and reported efficiently.
- Collaborate with various teams to implement operational improvements, driving data usage and empowering better decision-making.
- Assist with training plans to ensure that users are equipped to effectively work with new systems.
