About the Role

As a German-speaking Customer Success Representative, your main mission will be to ensure our customers receive top-notch service while being part of our journey to transform the financial landscape for entrepreneurs.

You'll play a key role in shaping how we support and connect with our customers, deeply understanding their needs, business models, and goals to provide tailored solutions that make a difference.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic role with a lot of variety, perfect for someone who thrives in action and is excited to contribute to building a successful department from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
  1. Handle customer requests regarding business loan applications through telephone, chat, and email.
  2. Prepare tailored loan offers together with our Underwriting Team.
  3. Underwrite loans yourself in due time.
  4. Develop a healthy customer lifecycle by offering personal service and a suitable business repayment plan.
