About Our Team
We're part of the sales team within Cloud at TD SYNNEX. We build excellent customer and vendor relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge under supervision.
Your Role
- You'll generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and having general conversations around solution/product areas.
- You'll achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets.
- You'll proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts.
- You'll drive sales of specific products/vendors if specific knowledge is required.
- You'll provide accurate and timely quotations.
- You'll generate and own a pipeline of deals in our CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated, and ensure active closure of opportunities.
- You'll manage customer backorder expectations and reporting.
- You'll ensure our CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information.
- You'll provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions.
What We're Looking for in You
- You have 1-2 years of experience in Sales.
- You're fluent in English and Swedish.
- You're numerate with good attention to detail.
- You have excellent telephone manner.
- You have priority management and planning skills.
- You strive to achieve set targets.
