Job Description

We are on a journey to create the best people organization in the industry. Our Central People Organization has a new team, the People Life Cycle team, which aims to deliver an impactful, holistic, and customer-centric colleague journey.

Total Rewards is part of this team and consists of teams focusing on Core Compensation, Pension & Benefits, Executive Compensation, and Global Mobility.

As a Total Rewards SME – Incentives and Recognition, you will be part of the Core Compensation team and report to the rewards function head, Manager of Reward.

You will own the processes and manage the execution of the H&M Group Incentive and recognition programs, ensuring strong governance alignment with business goals, compliance, and exceptional colleague experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and administer short and long-term incentive programs
  • Develop company practices for incentives and recognition, maintaining and improving existing ones, and introducing new programs and related tools
  • Own global incentives programs, setting process goals, objectives, and process maps, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Set and monitor program KPIs, identifying and driving initiatives to enhance program performance
  • Contribute to annual rewards activities planning, proposing business-relevant and aligned goals in incentives and recognition
