  • Timely and accurate support for large SAP landscapes, including Dev/Quality/Productive environments.
  • Expert-level knowledge and expertise in SAP ECC on Unix (AIX/SLES) and Oracle DB (up to rel. 19) & SAP HANA (rel. 2.x); SAP on Azure, SAP PI/PO, SAP BW, SAP-ISU, CRM, Solution Manager 7.2, etc.
  • Effective leadership and management in database administration in Oracle & HANA DB.
  • Successful completion of system clone/copy and refresh activities.
  • Efficient management of SAP Basis Administration including SAP system logs, process monitoring, analysis and clean-up of update terminations, lock entries and ABAP dumps, etc.
  • Excellent system performance and resource utilization management.
  • Prompt and effective 24x7 system problem resolution and on-call rotation participation.
  • Smooth execution of SAP system upgrades/SPS/Kernel upgrades.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration to drive out SAP solutions.
  • Compliance with change control process implementation and ITIL process adherence.
  • Up-to-date project documentation maintenance.
