About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth with existing and new customers, both directly and through partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed associated territory sales quotas for software and services.
  • Develop and lead sales activities for the sale of Calabrio products, additional applications, and renewed maintenance within the existing customer base.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline of well-qualified revenue opportunities.
  • Identify key stakeholders, build strong relationships, and foster trust.
  • Effectively manage opportunities through strategic thinking and high activity levels.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of B2B direct sales experience in software and/or services industry.
  • Direct sales experience in WFO/Call Center industry is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement.
  • Ability to travel primarily in the Nordic countries up to 40%.
