We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our Merchant Sales team at Edenred Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing our merchant portfolio, and building strong relationships with top partner accounts.

Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in commercial leadership, ideally within the advertising sales, restaurants, or retail industries. You will also need to be a strong communicator, an excellent negotiator, and have a passion for building successful teams with high engagement and sustainable work culture.

Accountabilities
  1. Growth: Drive business growth through identifying and capitalizing on new revenue opportunities, exceeding sales targets, and developing effective sales strategies.
  2. Merchant Management: Manage our merchant portfolio, including defining and executing strategies to improve merchant coverage and conducting regular business reviews with key merchants.
  3. Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with top partner accounts, negotiating deals focused on revenue growth and representing Edenred externally.
  4. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and development opportunities to a diverse team of six, focusing on setting clear objectives and performance incentives.
