About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven da Vinci Clinical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key player in the sales function, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize the utilization of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems.
Main Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to develop and implement sales plans for local markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior hospital staff, key surgeons, and other stakeholders to ensure successful integration of the da Vinci Surgical System.
- Drive business growth by expanding the user base, increasing sales of instruments and accessories, and improving sales performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive value-added solutions and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and recommendations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
