About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Leader to join our team at IKEA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's communication strategy and ensuring that our message is effectively conveyed to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior communication role, with a strong track record of developing and implementing effective communication strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of communication professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
