Art Director

The Inter IKEA Group is seeking a highly skilled Art Director to join our Marketing & Communication team in Älmhult, Sweden. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative visual strategies that drive business results and build our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement visual concepts that align with our brand positioning and communication strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for various media channels.
• Manage and oversee the production of visual materials, including photography, videography, and motion graphics.
• Pitch and present concepts to stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication of our brand vision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in art direction, visual communication, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proven track record of successfully leading creative teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and experience with motion media production.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
