Senior Business Development Director

As Senior Partnerships Manager for Epidemic Sound's §ntidote program, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic partnerships growth plan that leverages our technology and expertise to grow other music catalogs.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the development of the §ntidote activation program, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and balances stream growth with monetization on YouTube.
Overseeing the recruitment and building of strong relationships with ambassadors aligned with our vision, including negotiation and meeting expectations.
Contributing to developing a program that meets ambassador needs, such as curation, bespoke music, non-monetary incentives, revenue-sharing, etc.
Collaborating with the §ntidote team to strategize and implement plans addressing customer and ambassador needs, fostering long-term program engagement.
Representing the §ntidote team at creator events when possible, developing relationship-building activities within the community.
Meeting and exceeding an elevated sales target.
Performing additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
5+ years of experience from complex sales dynamics and new business development, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
Experience working in the creator space and/or music industry is essential.
A deep understanding of the commercial ecosystem around YouTube, including music rights, MCNs, tool providers, etc.
