
Strategic Growth Director

As a Strategic Growth Director - Technology, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our software business through strategic acquisitions. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for growing our software business through the identification, evaluation, and execution of acquisitions.
About the Team:You will join a dynamic and fast-paced team that is passionate about shaping the future of enterprise software. Our team is made up of experienced professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional results and driving growth and value for our company.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading multiple acquisition processes per year from LOI to closing, analyzing financial data and preparing financial valuation models, developing and maintaining relationships with software owners, brokers, and bankers, and working closely with our finance team to ensure accurate financial modeling and forecasting for acquired companies.
Key Qualifications:- 5-10 years of experience in corporate development, preferably working with technology companies or in an acquisition-focused consolidator.
- Proven track record of successfully navigating acquisition processes from early-stage evaluation through to post-closing integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and prepare clear, concise reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with software owners, brokers, and bankers.
A CA/CPA and/or MBA is an asset, but not required. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about driving growth and value for our company.
