Job Purpose:

The Key Account Manager's role is to promote the Recordati SPC portfolio in urology, identifying key accounts and establishing partnerships with Health Care Professionals (HCPs), hospital pharmacists, payors, and other key stakeholders at a local level (hospitals). This position is responsible for the sales of Recordati SPC products to new and established hospital accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration in Denmark.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with GDP and PV requirements, national laws, national Ethical guidelines, local and regional guidelines, and internal SOPs.
  • Report Adverse Events (AEs) and product complaints according to the company processes.
  • Develop cross-functional account plans for designated geographical areas and execute on agreed plans.
  • Accountable for business results, the KAM will:
  • Develop and maintain account plan templates, including key metrics to identify brand and/or partnership opportunities.
  • Makes recommendations for local initiatives or strategies based upon local market access conditions.
  • Participate in medical/pharmaceutical events (congresses, symposia, seminars).
Relay relevant market information to the cross-functional team.Implement and drive projects to enhance customer engagement.Deliver agreed launch KPIs and sales targets effectively and efficiently.Assist with the development of a business plan with short, medium, and long-term objectives in line with regional and corporate business objectives.Collaborate with marketing and medical departments to develop and implement a KOL engagement strategy.Support the cross-functional team in regional access needs.
