About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary People Director to lead our People and Culture strategy in Sweden. As a key member of our Swedish Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving impactful HR initiatives that elevate our employee experience and foster business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to our Market Unit Executive, providing HR guidance and support to drive business success.
  2. People Agenda: Develop and implement our local People strategy, leading and developing your team to ensure a positive employee experience aligned with our company values and leadership principles.
  3. HR Transformation: Ensure the successful implementation of our global HR standards, aligning local processes and improving our culture.
  4. HR Operations: Oversee and continuously improve HR operations, talent management, and compensation & benefit processes to support business growth.
  5. Employee Relations: Resolve and handle delicate employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Global Collaboration

As part of our Global People Directors team, you will collaborate globally, participating in and driving global people projects, including:

  1. Consolidated HR Strategy: Prepare and implement a consolidated HR strategy across Market Units, covering Europe, US, and India.
  2. Career Path Journey: Ensure our Career Path journey remains aligned with global standards.
  3. HR Digitalization: Drive HR digitalization and global HR operations to support business growth.
  4. Inclusive Initiatives: Maintain inclusive initiatives with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), employee experience, and Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Your Background and Experience

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with a minimum of 7+ years of global & Swedish HR leadership experience. This includes:

  1. Global Matrix Organization: Experience from a Global Matrix organization, preferably within IT service & technology or consulting.
  2. HR Policies and Procedures: Solid working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and local legislation related to employment practices and general HR administration.
  3. HR Services and Talent Management: Broad experience within Compensation & Benefits, HR compliance, HR Services, Talent Management, HR Information Systems, and digitalization.
  4. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on using data to guide decisions.
  5. Language Skills: Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build trust among different stakeholders and employees, and the capacity to navigate different priorities, manage your agenda, and effectively plan, prioritize, and execute.
