About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Director of People and Culture. As a strategic partner to our European leadership members and their teams, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's people strategy, programs, and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic People Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on people strategy, programs, and processes to drive business outcomes.
  • Integration and Change Management: Lead the people integration and change management process for our Commercial teams, ensuring a seamless transition to our new ways of working.
  • HR Solutions Delivery: Collaborate with our HR Centers of Excellence to deliver people solutions, including leadership development, performance management, change management, talent management, talent acquisition, and reward.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with stakeholders at various levels of the business, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Requirements
  • HRBP Experience: Several years of HRBP experience, preferably in a complex organizational structure, with a deep understanding of HR functions such as talent management, organizational development, performance management, and HR legal compliance.
  • Strategic HR Expertise: Proven track record of designing and implementing highly effective HR strategies that align with business objectives and deliver impact on overall organizational performance.
  • Commercial Mindset: Experience working in a fast-paced and matrixed organization with a solution-focused and customer-centric mindset.
  • Project Management: Successful implementation and project management of operational and strategic HR initiatives and processes across a region.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Collaborative approach and ability to absorb multiple perspectives, with a demonstrated bias for action and ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
  • Employment Law Expertise: Excellent knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  • Education: An academic degree, preferably in Human Resources/Business or related field.
