Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled People Partner to join our dynamic team in Stockholm and Helsingborg/Markaryd, Sweden. As a key member of our People function, you'll be responsible for implementing processes and ways of working to support all People-related tasks in conjunction with our Chief People & Culture Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement best practices and learnings with the wider People Community across our markets.
  • Act as a proactive sparring partner for employees and managers at our Swedish offices, providing guidance on all People-related topics.
  • Support managers in achieving employee-related KPIs, such as leadership margins, absences, turnover, diversity, development cycles, and more.
  • Continuously improve People admin processes and work with our HRIS system.
  • Partner with our external payroll provider to ensure a smooth monthly pay-cycle.
  • Provide reports and analysis on headcount and labor costs, as well as related issues.
  • Support the development of wider people initiatives, including the rollout of company visions and values, and other programs to support our EVP.
  • Conceptual work in performance management, learning & development, and culture & labor relations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in fast-growing scale-ups with a large portion of uncertainty, combined with high ambitions and goals.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing a range of People working and employment practices.
  • Experience from an organization with strong Core Values and Leadership behaviors, and a desire to implement and work with these areas in our two Swedish offices.
  • Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams and different markets.
  • Familiarity with tools like Personio, MBTI, and Hogans Inventory is a plus.
  • Skilled in creating an open and transparent communication with stakeholders across diverse locations.
