About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Aira. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing processes and ways of working to support all People-related tasks in conjunction with the Chief People & Culture Officer.

Your primary focus will be on working closely with the wider People Community across our markets to develop best practice and learnings. You will also act as a proactive sparring partner for employees and managers at our Swedish offices in Stockholm and Helsingborg/Markaryd, providing guidance and support in all People-related topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement People-related processes and policies to support business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and managers on People-related matters
  • Support managers in achieving employee-related KPIs such as leadership margins, absences, turnover, diversity, development cycles
  • Continuously improve People admin processes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Responsible for working with, updating and maintaining the HRIS
  • Partner with the external payroll provider to ensure smooth monthly pay-cycles
  • Provide reports and analysis on headcount and labour cost and related issues
  • Support the development of wider people initiatives, including the rollout of company visions and values
  • Conceptual work in the areas of performance management, learning & development and culture & labor relations

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced People Operations Specialist who has:

  • Proven experience in fast-growing scale-ups with a large portion of uncertainty in combination with high ambitions and goals
  • Experience of developing, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing a range of People working and employment practices
  • Experience from an organization with strong Core Values and Leadership behaviours
  • Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams and different markets
  • Familiarity with tools like Personio, MBTI, Hogans Inventory is a plus
  • Skilled in creating an open and transparent communication with stakeholders across diverse locations
