Our mission at Avaus Marketing Innovations Oy is to empower businesses to drive marketing innovation and transform how they connect with their customers. As a Senior Martech Consultant, you will be a key player in achieving this goal.

As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will develop comprehensive marketing automation strategies that you will also execute on in their martech stack across channels. This includes working on marketing automation projects from strategy to execution, developing data-driven approaches using automation technologies, integrating customer data platforms, and creating actionable insights that increase marketing effectiveness.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in marketing automation, with at least five years of proven experience in Marketing Automation within preferably both B2B and B2C environments. Additionally, you should have expertise in platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, Braze, Voyado, or similar, as well as strong proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS) and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), with a solid understanding of data privacy and consent management.

You will also be responsible for holding workshops, training sessions, and presentations for different stakeholders at the clients and helping them drive development and change. Fluency in both Swedish and English is required for this role.

Avaus Marketing Innovations Oy is a dynamic company with offices in Helsinki, Stockholm, and Munich. We offer a hybrid remote workplace and a permanent position with a 6-month probation period based at our Stockholm office on Renstiernas gata 12. You will report to our Head of Delivery.
