Sales Director Scandinavia

TN Sweden is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our Scandinavian sales operations. This key role will be responsible for driving business growth in the region through strategic planning, account management, and team leadership.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the Scandinavian market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of regional sales plans.
Your Background:
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales leadership roles, preferably in international sporting goods or retail management.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Strong expertise in Office Suite applications.
Your Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others towards shared goals.
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong planning and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
